Founding rate: merchants who join during the beta keep a founding rate when launch pricing arrives — for as long as their subscription stays active on that plan.
Waitlist order matters: invites go out in waves, earliest signups first, prioritized by store fit.
You shape the roadmap: beta stores vote on the public roadmap and their requests are weighted first.
A direct line to the team that builds the product — support tickets in beta are read and answered by the people shipping the code.
Free and unbinding: joining costs nothing, and the invite is an offer, not a commitment — you decide when your wave opens.

You get an instant confirmation at the email you gave. Your spot in the queue is set by signup order and store fit.

We review fit

We look at what you told us — platform, order volume, which agent you need first — to place you in the right invite wave.

Your invite email

When your wave opens you receive the invite with install instructions. Nothing is charged and nothing is installed until you act on it.

What we collect here

Only what you type into the form: your email, and optionally your store URL, monthly order volume, and the agent you want first. No tracking pixels, no data appending, no purchase of enrichment data.

Security before you ever install

Joining the waitlist grants Lumnya zero access to your store. Access begins only if you install the app later, under Shopify's OAuth scopes that you approve at install — and inside the product every consequential action is confirm-gated and written to an audit log.

Leaving the list

One email to contact@lumnya.ai removes you — your email and form details are deleted from the waitlist, and you stop hearing from us. Under UK/EU GDPR you can also request a copy of what we hold before it goes.

No. The waitlist is free and unbinding. When your invite arrives you choose whether to install; during the private beta there is no subscription at all — the whole product, free, with no monthly conversation limit and nothing to approve.

Shopify stores of any size. We prioritize stores with active traffic so the feedback loop is real — that's what the monthly-orders question is for.

Email contact@lumnya.ai with the address you signed up with. We delete your waitlist record — your email and form details — and confirm back to you, normally within days, at most within one month as the Privacy Policy commits.
