Private beta waitlist

Early access, explained properly.

No inflated promises: this page tells you exactly what joining gets you, what happens next, and what we do — and don't do — with your email and phone number.

What early access gets you

Concrete terms, not adjectives.

Private beta: the whole product free, no monthly conversation limit, no card — a subscription cannot be started while the beta runs.
Founding rate: when the paid tiers launch, your pilot pricing is locked for 12 months — invited stores keep it even after public pricing goes live.
Waitlist order matters: invites go out in waves, earliest signups first, prioritized by store fit.
You shape the roadmap: beta stores vote on the public roadmap and their requests are weighted first.
A direct line to the team that builds the product — support tickets in beta are read and answered by the people shipping the code.
Free and unbinding: joining costs nothing, and the invite is an offer, not a commitment — you decide when your wave opens.

By joining the waitlist you accept our Privacy Policy and Terms, and agree that our Digital agent — an automated voice assistant — may call you on this number about your early access. You can opt out anytime at contact@lumnya.ai.

Invites go out in waves. No spam — ever.

What happens next

Four steps you stay in control of each.

From the moment you submit the form to the moment Lumnya runs on your store, nothing happens without your say-so.

01

You join

You get an instant confirmation at the email you gave. Your spot in the queue is set by signup order and store fit.

02

We review fit

We look at what you told us — platform, order volume, which agent you need first — to place you in the right invite wave.

03

A short call to prepare access

Our Digital agent — an automated voice assistant that identifies itself as such — or a human may call the number you gave, to confirm your store details and prepare your access. It is a preparation call, not a sales script, and you can simply decline it.

04

Your invite email

When your wave opens you receive the invite with install instructions. Nothing is charged and nothing is installed until you act on it.

Your data & the call

Read this part it's short and it's honest.

The same commitments live in our Privacy Policy; this is the plain-language version for the four things people actually ask.

What we collect here

Only what you type into the form: your email, your phone number, and optionally your store URL, monthly order volume, and the agent you want first. No tracking pixels, no data appending, no purchase of enrichment data.

The Digital agent call, plainly

Your number is used for one purpose: a call about your early access. The Digital agent opens by identifying itself as an automated assistant, keeps the call short, and honors an immediate opt-out — say no, and the number is only kept to remember not to call it again. We never share or sell your number.

Security before you ever install

Joining the waitlist grants Lumnya zero access to your store. Access begins only if you install the app later, under Shopify's OAuth scopes that you approve at install — and inside the product every consequential action is confirm-gated and written to an audit log.

Leaving the list

One email to contact@lumnya.ai removes you — email, phone, and form details are deleted from the waitlist, and you stop hearing from us. Under UK/EU GDPR you can also request a copy of what we hold before it goes.

Asked before joining.

Anything else — contact@lumnya.ai. A human reads every email.

No. The waitlist is free and unbinding. When your invite arrives you choose whether to install; during the private beta there is no subscription at all — the whole product, free, with no monthly conversation limit and nothing to approve.

It confirms the basics you already submitted — that the store URL is right, your platform, and when you'd want access — so your invite wave is correct. It identifies itself as an automated assistant at the start, and if you'd rather not talk to it, say so and it ends the call.

The phone number is part of how we prepare access during the beta, but you can decline the call when it comes — declining does not remove you from the waitlist. You can also write to contact@lumnya.ai and ask us to contact you by email only.

Shopify stores of any size. We prioritize stores with active traffic so the feedback loop is real — that's what the monthly-orders question is for.

Email contact@lumnya.ai with the address you signed up with. We delete your waitlist record — email, phone, and form details — and confirm back to you, normally within days, at most within one month as the Privacy Policy commits.
