The product, live on your store, while we tune the agent workforce with real merchants. It is free and there is no monthly conversation limit — the app does not enforce one while the beta runs. There is no card and no plan to pick: a paid subscription cannot even be started, and when the time comes Shopify will ask you to approve it before anything is charged.
Nothing. There is no conversation cap during the beta, so the assistant does not pause on you mid-month. We count conversations to size the launch tiers honestly, not to bill you.
No. A Shopify app subscription only begins after you approve it on Shopify's own confirmation screen, and during the beta the app refuses to start one at all. When paid plans do arrive, usage-based billing runs against a monthly maximum you approve, and we stop before it is exceeded — the cap is enforced, not advisory.
During the beta we count AI-handled chat messages, for sizing rather than billing. The announced launch tiers meter whole conversations instead — one shopper thread the AI actively works counts once, no matter how many messages it takes.
Support $59, Growth $249 and Command $549 are the announced tiers, and they may still be tuned before general availability. What's locked: merchants who joined during the beta keep a founding rate.
