Most AI forgets you. Lumnya remembers your store.
Memory is the difference between a tool you re-explain every time and a team that already knows your business.
Anyone can call a model. Few can remember your store. The durable advantage isn't the model — it's the accumulated, structured knowledge about your business that makes every answer better. That's what compounds, and it's yours.
Three kinds of memory
Notebooks, shared facts, and a fresh snapshot.
Each agent keeps a private notebook it can share but others can't overwrite. Verified truths go to a shared book of facts, stamped with author and confidence. And everything runs on a current snapshot of your data.
Agent memory — layers
per-store · isolatedEach agent's notebook
Private record it can share — others can't overwrite it.
A shared book of facts
Verified truths, stamped with author and confidence.
A fresh snapshot
Current data agents read instead of hitting your store live.
Auditable by design
“Why did it recommend that?” always has an answer.
Every recommendation carries its trail — what data it used, which findings it relied on, the reasoning behind it. No black boxes.
Fast & gentle
Smart without slowing you down.
Agents read from a snapshot refreshed in the background, so they’re quick, current, and never a load on your storefront or your Shopify limits.
It compounds
The longer it runs, the better it gets.
Because facts persist and agents build on each other, Lumnya's judgment about your store sharpens week over week.
Private to you
Your intelligence stays your intelligence.
Everything an agent learns is isolated to your store — never pooled with other merchants, never used to advise a competitor.
And it’s memory you can govern: clear retention windows, per-store isolation, and an audit trail mean memory is an asset you control, not a liability.
You can tell it once
Say it once. It holds — and it holds you to it.
Tell Lumnya “never discount cosmetics” and two things happen. Your sentence is stored exactly as you wrote it — it refuses anything it can’t find in your own message, so a rule is never quietly reworded into something you didn’t say. And it becomes a stop: however independent you’ve let Lumnya become in that area, it will not act there on its own. It quotes your sentence back and asks whether this once is an exception.
You can look
A memory nobody can inspect isn’t transparency.
Your settings show what Lumnya worked out about your store, by kind and by count — “Products 17 · cost, dead stock, margin, reorder quantity”. Kinds and counts, deliberately: a settings page is the wrong place to put your customers’ values on display. What you told it is different, and shown in full: every sentence you asked it to remember, in your own words, each one deletable on its own. Opening a single derived fact to question and correct it is next.
You can delete
Forget means forget.
Delete a kind of memory for good and Lumnya answers as if it had never been told — including the costs you entered, which go with it. The control says that before it fires, asks a second time, and the deletion is recorded in the audit trail like every other action.
